In Tibetan: The Practice of the Guru. Homage to Vajradhara! Emaho! The Body, Speech, and Mind of all Buddhas! Emaho! The Secret Language of the Dakinis! Opening the Secret Treasury, writing the Practice of the Guru. Past, Present, and Future Buddhas and Yidams, outer and inner deities. All Buddhas' Sons and Heroes, the Wheel of Yoginis. Practicing this, one obtains all Siddhis. In charnel grounds, solitary mountains, sacred places, and fields. Places where Dakinis gather. In auspicious places, accumulate the substances of Samaya. Perform inner ablutions, on soft cushions. Meditate on the Four Immeasurables: Loving-kindness, Compassion, Joy, and Equanimity. Invite the Mandala with Ja Hum Bam Hoh. Maha Guru Namate. Nama Mi, Namo Nama. Offer the outer offerings with the three waters preceding. Offer the inner offerings with the five meats, five amritas, etc. Make them joyful with secret offerings. One can perform the seven-branch offering in elaborate or concise form. Recite 'Om Svabhava', remembering the pure nature of all Dharmas. Visualize the Mandala with a pure body. On a lotus and sun-moon seat. One face, two arms, holding the gesture of giving. Full of grace, fierce and peaceful. Adorned with bone ornaments, possessing nine dance postures. Holding a vajra bell, embracing Vajravarahi. Visualize playing with dance, entering into a state of equanimity. What are the characteristics of Vajravarahi, explain to clarify. Vajra Mother is blue, holding a skull drum and vajra. Ratna Mother is yellow, holding a jewel. Padma Family is red, also holding a Kapala bowl. Karma Family is a green Vajra Cross. Dechhen Family is white, holding a Dharma wheel. Various Families hold various implements. Visualize the main retinue making offerings. All of them are sixteen-year-old beautiful maidens, naked and full-bodied. Their bodies [also appear yellow], with fragrant scent, hair reddish-yellow standing upwards. Bells swaying downwards, making 'hee hee' sounds. Making 'ha ha' laughter, also making the sound of the skull drum. Perfectly complete with the five seals, thus meditate. With the combination of four syllables and mudras. Abiding in the realm of all Buddhas. After that, perform the summoning and sending of the deities. 【English Translation】 After adorning completely, offer to the Outer, Inner, and Secret Three Vajra Holders. Then praise with hymns. Bless with the three syllables (藏文ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城體ओṃ आः हूँ，梵文羅馬擬音oṃ āḥ hūṃ，漢語字面意思：Om Ah Hum), taste the nectar, and intoxicate the goddesses. By focusing on time and thought, The peaceful actions of the Vajra Dakini are accomplished. Increasing is the Jewel Dakini, and subjugating is the Lotus. The worldly dakini performs wrathful actions, Proceeding to manifest actions and attaining enlightenment. Fill the Kapala with samaya substances, Purify and bless with the letters. Offer with the above mantra, Then pray for the desired meaning. Protect body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, Especially protect the root samaya. Guard against failures, downfalls [gross], and minor offenses. Guard the samaya of knowing secret empowerment and practice. If violated, suffer in this life and fall into hell in the next. Do not follow after those who violate the samaya. In the central channel, perform seven million tsok and fire offerings, Or recite a billion flower clusters or secret mantras. Saving the lives of a billion beings is the instruction for life ransom and confession. Draw blood from the body and offer one hundred and eight mandalas. Seeing signs, gaining experiences, fulfilling completion, and purifying faults. Even the Buddhas of the three times are surpassed by the noble guru. Meditate that the guru and Vajradhara are inseparable, Then you will be meditating on all the good victors. If you practice the guru and combine this awareness, You will obtain the accomplishments of all the victors. Seeing his body is seeing the mandala of the victors. Hearing his speech is obtaining the transmission of the tantric sections. Merely remembering him purifies obscurations and generates qualities. By assuming the wrathful form of body, speech, and mind, Purify the obscurations of body, speech, and mind.

【現代漢語翻譯】 啊！頂禮于上師足下，我完全獲得了寶瓶灌頂。 同樣地，我從具慧者處請求了秘密灌頂、智慧灌頂和第四灌頂。 供養這位聖者，即是供養了所有逝者。 以身、語、意三者恭敬地侍奉他。 如此，便能凈除業障，圓滿福慧二資糧。 不違背誓言，若有違犯則以懺悔來供養。 空行母不會憤怒，不會離去，所有力量都匯聚於此。 所有成就都會實現，已實現的成就也不會衰退。 八大成就和微細成就都會顯現。 唉瑪吙！此與諸佛無異。 令其歡喜，即是令諸佛歡喜； 輕蔑於他，即是輕蔑于諸佛。 像愛護生命一樣珍視他，像眼珠一樣愛護他。 像頂上的寶珠一樣祈禱他。 如此，便能成就一切圓滿。 對過去、現在、未來三世諸佛的侍奉， 通過修持金剛持的法門， 愿我迅速獲得金剛持的果位！ 如果將此法傳給不清凈或非器之人， 金剛空行母眾將會摧毀其成就， 並被三種邪引所殺，墮入地獄。 應由如珍寶般的人來修持此法。 上師內在修法，由吉祥那若巴（Nāropā）所著，至此圓滿。 由班智達（Paṇḍita）比布底旃陀羅（Bibhuticandra）翻譯成藏文。
【English Translation】 Ah! I prostrate at the feet of the Guru, I have fully received the vase empowerment. Likewise, I requested the secret empowerment, the wisdom empowerment, and the fourth empowerment from the wise one. Offering to this holy one is offering to all the Sugatas. Serving him respectfully with body, speech, and mind. Thus, obscurations will be purified, and the two accumulations of merit and wisdom will be perfected. Do not break the vows, and if broken, offer through confession. The Dakinis will not be angry, will not leave, and all powers will gather here. All accomplishments will be achieved, and the achieved accomplishments will not decline. The eight great accomplishments and the subtle ones will manifest. Emaho! This is no different from all the Buddhas. Pleasing him is pleasing all the Buddhas; Despising him is despising all the Buddhas. Cherish him like life, and love him like the eyes. Pray to him like the jewel on the crown. Thus, all perfections will be accomplished. The service to all the Buddhas of the three times, By practicing this method of Vajradhara, May I quickly attain the state of Vajradhara! If this dharma is transmitted to impure or unsuitable individuals, The assembly of Vajra Dakinis will destroy their accomplishments, And they will be killed by the three evil guides and fall into hell. This practice should be done by a person like a precious jewel. The Inner Practice of the Guru, composed by glorious Nāropā, is thus completed. Translated into Tibetan by Paṇḍita Bibhuticandra.
