In a secluded and agreeable retreat, To eliminate internal and external poisons, I, Tilopa, shall explain, The method of practicing secret yoga. When the generation stage of yoga is complete, sit down. For snakes and so on, The Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ，梵文天城體：ओम् आः हूँ，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，漢語字面意思：Om Ah Hum) that destroys great poisons, Recite three times and contemplate as follows: Above twelve finger-widths of oneself, At the aperture of the Brahma hole at the crown of the head, In the center, contemplate Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城體：ओम्，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ，漢語字面意思：Om) and nectar descends, The yoga of this union, In a single instant, is radiant. This is the elimination of external poisons, Internal poisons should be meditated upon as follows: In the center of the heart of the Great Vajra Bliss (referring to the deity), Contemplate a white body, emitting cool light, Like the second day's moon, vast as a cloud. Meditate that the light radiates and then is gathered back. Having contemplated again and again, Then internal diseases are eliminated, and all is well. Even if there is poison as great as Mount Sumeru, It can be eliminated and drawn out in a single instant. The occasional method of detoxification: On the pistil of an eight-petaled lotus, Contemplate a bright white full moon, Nectar endowed with the five wisdoms, In its center, contemplate the letter A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城體：अ，梵文羅馬擬音：a，漢語字面意思：A). The five poisons (greed, hatred, delusion, pride, and envy) and the diseases they cause, Manifest as forms of monkeys, dogs, and birds, Expel them and dissolve them into the sky. My body, speech, and mind vajra, +My body, speech, and mind vajra,+ In the desire realm, the form realm, The formless realm, and the non-existent realm, Therefore, its nature is emptiness. Therefore, emptiness has no support. The yogi does not discriminate, and the mind is focused on this.
