【現代漢語翻譯】 金剛薩埵上師灌頂 印地語：VAJRASATTVA MAHĀGURU ŚARA 藏語：金剛薩埵上師灌頂。 頂禮金剛持！ 此中有前行、正行和後行。 前行：于靜處陳設壇城，屢屢供養上師，如數修積會供輪，端正儀軌。 正行：祈請並請求灌頂。 『祈請金剛持上師垂念！我名為[某某]，祈請您將過去、現在、未來一切善逝之身、語、意、功德、事業，無別圓滿地賜予灌頂，成熟我的身、語、意三門。』 唸誦三遍祈請文后，唸誦百字明三次，清凈法器。 自身觀想為本尊，頭頂觀想上師金剛持，身藍色，一面二臂，與法界普賢佛母雙運，右手持金剛杵，左手持白色鈴，以珍寶骨飾莊嚴，身、語、意三處以三字標示，秘密處金剛杵頂端有吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城體：हुं，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ，漢語字面意思：吽），內有吽字，吽字頂端有啪（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城體：फट，梵文羅馬擬音：phaṭ，漢語字面意思：啪）字標示，佛母蓮花花蕊中有唵（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城體：ओं，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ，漢語字面意思：唵）字。 從自己心間放出光芒，迎請十方上師、善逝，融入上師心間。 觀想父母雙運，降下菩提心，光芒熾盛。 祈請賜予四種灌頂。 菩提心降至頂輪梵穴處，生起歡喜之覺受，是為寶瓶灌頂。 菩提心降至喉輪處，生起勝喜之覺受，是為秘密灌頂。 菩提心降至心輪處，生起俱生喜之覺受，是為智慧灌頂。 『祈請賜予空樂無二菩提心，此乃自性覺性，是金剛持之王，與自無有差別。』 獲得大手印灌頂。 之後，一切垢染皆得清凈，具足樂空無念之覺受。 由此圓滿獲得四種灌頂，觀想自身為金剛持，了知無別大手印。 于實相自生之境，以殊勝道成熟解脫，成就金剛持果位。 之後，依次傳授教法，以三門無盡受用，令法主上師歡喜，以善妙食子會供解除誓言。 此灌頂之水乃是彙集一切之精血，此乃伏藏之命脈，故不可傳於一二三人以上，需守護傳承。
【English Translation】 Vajrasattva Great Guru Empowerment In Sanskrit: VAJRASATTVA MAHĀGURU ŚARA In Tibetan: Vajrasattva Great Guru Empowerment. Homage to Vajradhara! This has preliminaries, the main part, and concluding activities. Preliminaries: Arrange the mandala in a secluded place, offer repeatedly to the lamas, accumulate the required number of tsokhorlos, and straighten the general arrangement. Main part: Request and ask for empowerment. 'Kyeho, Lama Vajradhara, please consider! I, named [so and so], request that you bestow the complete empowerment, without difference, of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all Sugatas of the three times, so that my body, speech, and mind may be matured.' After reciting the prayer three times, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times to purify the vessel. Generate yourself as the yidam deity, and visualize the Lama Vajradhara on your crown, blue in color, with one face and two arms, in union with Dharmadhatu Kunsang Yum, holding a five-pronged vajra in the right hand and a white bell in the left, adorned with six precious bone ornaments, marked with three syllables at the places of body, speech, and mind, with a five-pronged vajra at the secret place, marked with Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城體：हुं，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ，漢語字面意思：吽) at the tip, and Phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城體：फट，梵文羅馬擬音：phaṭ，漢語字面意思：啪) inside. The pistil of the lotus of the Yum's secret place has Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城體：ओं，梵文羅馬擬音：oṃ，漢語字面意思：唵). Radiate light from your heart, invite the Lamas and Sugatas of the ten directions, and dissolve them into the Lama's heart. Meditate on the union of the father and mother, generating bodhicitta, blazing with glory and light. Pray to bestow the four empowerments. The bodhicitta descends to the center of the Brahma aperture at the crown, giving rise to the experience of joy, which is the vase empowerment. The bodhicitta descends to the throat, giving rise to the experience of supreme joy, which is the secret empowerment. The bodhicitta descends to the heart, giving rise to the joy of co-emergence, which is the wisdom empowerment. 'Kyeho, the indivisible bliss-emptiness bodhicitta, this is self-awareness wisdom, the lord of all Vajradharas, and is not different from oneself.' Obtain the Mahamudra empowerment. Then, all impurities are purified, and you are endowed with the experience of bliss-emptiness without thought. Having completely obtained the four empowerments, think of yourself as Vajradhara, and know the indivisible Mahamudra. In the self-arisen state of reality, mature and liberate by this supreme path, and accomplish the fruit of Vajradhara itself. Thereafter, entrust the Dharma teachings in order, and please the Dharma lord Lama with the inexhaustible enjoyment of the three doors, and dissolve the entrustment seal with a good torma tsok. The empowerment water is the blood of the heart, which is the life of this treasure, so do not spread it to more than one, two, or three people, and guard the lineage.
