【現代漢語翻譯】 喜金剛五尊會供 那摩咕嚕。欲行會供者，應于適意之處，妥善佈置。懸掛幡旗、帷幔等悅意之飾。隨後，以香塗抹壇城，繪製白色圓形圖案。內繪四瓣蓮花。於四瓣及中央共五處，各置一花束。之後，於一具足法相之顱器內，書寫金剛杵與鈴。盛入以五甘露加持之酒，置於中央花束之上。左右兩側，各設上師與三寶之壇城。陳設力所能及之供品。依各自所需，陳設本尊與護法之朵瑪。隨後，自身安坐于舒適之座。依喜金剛修法儀軌生起本尊，盡力唸誦。之後，觀想中央壇城由空性中生起，化為四寶所成之須彌山。其上，觀想一四方形珍寶宮殿，具四門八柱，飾以四階。其內，於四瓣蓮花之中央，于日輪之上，生起薄伽梵喜金剛父母。於四方之四瓣蓮花上，生起郭拉（Gauri），卓拉（Cauri），貝達里（Vaitāli），格薩瑪日（Ghasmari）四尊。 隨後，自心間放光，迎請喜金剛五尊壇城，融入自身。之後，以足水為首之五供供養。讚頌。若有見解與行持相同之道友，則于壇城諸尊之前，發露自無始以來所造之罪業。於心中如是作意后，唸誦金剛帳中所說之皈依、發心偈三遍。隨後祈請：薄伽梵吉祥喜金剛壇城之諸尊及其眷屬，請垂聽我之祈請。我，持金剛者，名某某，祈願能於此生獲得大手印之殊勝成就。祈願無上之證悟與體驗於我相續中生起。祈願一切障礙皆得平息。祈願一切願望皆得成辦。如是祈請三遍。之後，獻供，讚頌。為彌補儀軌之缺失，唸誦百字明。之後，祈請智慧尊返回本位。誓言尊化為甘露之自性。
【English Translation】 Assembly Offering of Hevajra Five Deities Namo Guru. Those who wish to perform the assembly offering should arrange a pleasant place properly. Hang banners, curtains, and other pleasing decorations. Then, smear the mandala with fragrant incense and draw a white circular pattern. Inside, draw a four-petaled lotus. Place a bouquet of flowers on each of the four petals and in the center, making five in total. After that, inside a skull cup with complete characteristics, write Vajra and Bell. Pour chang (Tibetan barley beer) blessed with the five amritas and place it on top of the central bouquet. On the left and right sides, set up two mandalas for the Lama and the Three Jewels. Surround them with offerings as much as possible. Arrange the tormas (ritual cakes) for the Yidam and Dharma protectors as appropriate. Then, sit comfortably on your seat. Generate yourself as Hevajra according to the Hevajra Sadhana and recite as much as possible. Then, visualize the central mandala arising from emptiness, transforming into Mount Meru made of four precious jewels. On top of it, visualize a square precious palace with four doors and eight pillars, adorned with four staircases. Inside, in the center of the four-petaled lotus, on top of the sun disc, generate the Bhagavan Hevajra, Father and Mother. On the four petals in the four directions, generate the four goddesses: Gauri, Cauri, Vaitāli, and Ghasmari. Then, rays of light radiate from your heart, inviting the mandala of the five Hevajra deities, which dissolves into you. Then, offer the five offerings, starting with foot washing water. Praise. If there are Dharma friends who share the same view and conduct, then confess the sins accumulated since beginningless time in front of the deities of the mandala. After thinking like this in your mind, recite the refuge and bodhicitta verses spoken in the Vajra Tent three times. Then pray: Bhagavan Glorious Hevajra, the deities of the mandala and their retinue, please listen to my prayer. I, the Vajra holder, named so-and-so, pray that I may attain the supreme accomplishment of Mahamudra in this very life. May unsurpassed realization and experience arise in my mindstream. May all obstacles be pacified. May all wishes be fulfilled. Pray like this three times. Then, make offerings and praise. To make up for any deficiencies in the ritual, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Then, request the wisdom beings to return to their abodes. The samaya beings transform into the nature of amrita.

【English Translation】 Visualize transforming into wisdom. Then, first offer to the Lama at the crown of the head. After that, by offering Torma to oneself, visualize the entire body being filled with Dakinis. By offering Torma to the assembly, visualize it transforming into Amrita (nectar). By offering Torma to the Yogis, visualize them transforming into Heruka father and mother. Then, give the Torma and enjoy the Tsog (assembly feast). Give the remaining Torma. Make the Yogis rejoice. The Hevajra Tsog offering is complete.
