【English Translation】 Collected Teachings of Omniscient Pema Karpo PK57: Praise to the King of the Śākyas Praise to the King of the Śākyas Praise to the King of the Śākyas! Homage to the Bhagavan, the God of Gods, the King of the Śākyas! You, whose perfect form shines with the radiance of a golden mountain, whose glorious marks and signs blaze like a million suns, who are perfectly worshipped by all worthy of reverence in the world, you are the supreme refuge, son of Śuddhodana. For the Buddhas, you are the Dharmakāya; for the pure sons, you are the Saṃbhogakāya; for the perception of impure beings, you are the Nirmāṇakāya, manifesting in various forms, you are the son of Śuddhodana. Although you have not taught any Dharma, Śrāvakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Mahāyānists, each hearing the teachings appropriate to their capacity, attain liberation, you are the son of Śuddhodana. In this degenerate age, when the light of other guides has faded, and beings wander in the long night, you soothe them with the glory of a hundred rays of incomparable compassion, you are the son of Śuddhodana. For all beings, as infinite as space, you are the protector, refuge, and ally, saving them from the unbearable fears of existence, there is no other like you, you are the place of refuge and hope, you are the son of Śuddhodana. Your mind is filled with love and moistened with compassion, constantly and tirelessly working for the benefit of others, you are the banner of fame resounding throughout the three realms, you are my teacher, you are the son of Śuddhodana. Merely seeing, hearing, or remembering you, one overcomes the armies of demons and hostile forces, and you dispel the fears of fire, wild animals, and water, you are the son of Śuddhodana. To those who desire a son, you grant a son; to those who beg, you give wealth; to those who desire a kingdom, you bestow kingship; to those who desire long life, you grant the supreme immortality, you are the wish-fulfilling jewel, you are the son of Śuddhodana. To those who desire liberation, you are the virtuous friend; to those who desire to attain enlightenment, you grant the methods and paths to progress, you bestow immeasurable and complete qualities, you are the wish-fulfilling tree, you are the son of Śuddhodana. From churning the ocean of the two accumulations (merit and wisdom) arise the two bodies, nectar, and medicine that turns, you eradicate all diseases from their roots, you are the king of physicians, you are the son of Śuddhodana. I respectfully bow down, holding your kindness in my heart. I take refuge in you with faith, compassionate one of perfect enlightenment. I earnestly pray, please hold me with your loving hand. I constantly remember you, please dispel the darkness of my heart. Thus, in the sacred place of Be'u, before the self-arisen image of Śākyamuni, with a mind inspired by faith, I recite this praise, may all desires be fulfilled.
་ཀུན་ཡིད་བཞིན་འགྲུབ་པར་ངེས། །འདི་ནི་ས་ཡི་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་མཚོ་སྐྱེས་ཞབས། །དང་བས་མཆོད་པའི་བཙུན་མོ་དོན་གཉིས་འགྲུབ། །གང་གི་ངོར་ནི་པདྨ་དཀར་པོ་ཞེས། ། རྣམ་དཔྱོད་དྲི་བསུང་རྒྱས་པ་དེ་ཡིས་སོ།། །།ཤུ་བྷམ།། །།
【現代漢語翻譯】 一切如意成就無疑。 此乃大地之百神，蓮花足。 以虔誠供養之女，二利成就。 于彼之前，名為白蓮。 智慧之香氣盛開者是也。吉祥！
【English Translation】 All wishes will undoubtedly be fulfilled. This is the hundred deities of the earth, lotus feet. The woman who offers with devotion will accomplish both benefits. Before whom, is called White Lotus. By whom the fragrance of wisdom blossoms. Auspicious!
