(Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྭབྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷཿསརྦ་དྷརྨཿསྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ स्वभाव शुद्धः सर्व धर्माः स्वभाव शुद्धोऽहम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho'ham, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, purity of nature, all dharmas, purity of nature I.) From emptiness, on a lotus and solar disc seat, from HUM arises oneself as Yamantaka, like a mass of dark rain clouds, wrathful, with a contracted face, one face, bared fangs, and a rolled tongue, the sound of HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: HUM) causing the assembly of arrogance to faint and be subdued. Three eyes blazing like a solar disc, eyebrows, beard, and hair swirling like lightning, short and stout, elegant and majestic, awe-inspiring and dignified, from the body emanate wrathful deities, wrathful mothers, iron hail, and fire rain. At the tip of the threatening gesture of the right hand, a wheel of blazing iron revolves, with a mass of fire burning the essence of the enemy, the power of secret mantras, vidya mantras, and dharani mantras, like a feather meeting fire, circling around the span of a body, blazing into a fire heap. 17-174 The left hand makes the threatening gesture at the heart, adorned with the eight glorious ornaments, residing in a posture with the right leg extended and the left leg bent, light radiating from the body, striking the enemy, gathering their wisdom like iron meeting a magnet, absorbing it into oneself. The enemy transforms into a nature of flesh and blood, dissolving redly, causing their guardian deities to descend as executioners, gathering like flies on rotten meat, devouring greedily, contemplate thus. Finally, visualize the right hand as the sun, the left hand as the moon, and in between, the enemy, demons, and guardian deities, along with them, are crushed by the collision of the sun and moon, reduced to ashes without a trace, recite the mantra, and clap the hands three times. At dawn, visualize the white Yamantaka, with the face of a buffalo, holding a crystal vase filled with the nectar of longevity in both hands at shoulder level, the right leg extended and the left leg bent, wearing only a tiger skin skirt, devoid of other ornaments, on the moon disc at the heart is HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: HUM), its light gathers the essence of the four elements, the power to increase life, merit, and wealth, merging with the nectar in the vase. 17-175 After reciting the mantra, visualize drawing the nectar from the two vases into the nostrils like straws, filling the entire body, thus practicing the supreme longevity practice, one will quickly attain the wisdom of the Buddhas.
