【English Translation】 Increase the activity! May piles of grain and crops, and livestock and precious jewels increase and flourish! Furthermore, I entrust you with the following task: Rebuke the lama, denigrate the sacred objects, obstruct the enemy of my virtuous deeds, the oath-breaking enemy, the evil-doing sinner. With the poisonous wind from your chest, stir up the four imbalances of disease within them. Let their four limbs collapse to the ground with a crash. Let them vomit blood from their five vital organs. Let the evil karma and its retinue beat their chests. Let them cry out in lamentation and wail to the heavens. At the time of death, afflict them with madness and plague, and other such ailments. Send ill omens such as wild beasts and eagles. Please accomplish the tasks of protecting the Dharma. Then, by throwing the torma towards the enemy, the enemy and their retinue will be destroyed. Here, even without engaging in sadhana, throwing the wrathful torma is permissible, because it is for the protection of the Dharma.
